Shipping and Returns


When will I get my stems?

Once your Bold Blossoms box  ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking. All orders  will be shipped after our mid-month cut-off which occurs on the 15th of  the month. Following the 15th, we will begin shipping our orders.  Deliveries occur between the 16th and the 23rd of the month depending on  weekends and holidays. We understand it gets confusing! For more  specific information, send us an email and we will gladly clarify when  to expect your box. Meanwhile, here is our forecasted shipping schedule  for 2019. Please note, we do our absolute best to honor this but it is  subject to change.

January: Orders will ship around January 14.

Valentine’s Orders: Monday, February 11th for delivery before or on February 14th.

February: February 18th.

March: March 18th

April: April 15th

Mother's Day Orders: May 7th

May: May 14th

June: June 17th

July: July 15th

August: August 19th

September: September 16th

October: October 15th

November: November18th

Thanksgiving Orders: November 25th

December: December 16th

Christmas Orders: December 20th

We use FedEx and USPS for US domestic orders; currently we are not  shipping outside the US. All orders have tracking. Keep your eyes open  for a white rectangular box with periwinkle writing!

Can I pick a specific delivery date?

At this time we do not offer  specific delivery dates. All monthly subscriptions deliveries will be made between the  16th-23rd of the month. (Note: Holiday bouquets are shipped prior to or on the holiday date).

If you are aiming for a specific date feel free to contact us and we  will do our best to make it as close as possible to that date.

When will my holiday box be shipped?

All holiday specialty boxes  are shipped 2-3 days prior to the holiday so they arrive before or on  the actual holiday. For more specific information, send us an email and  we will gladly clarify when to expect your box!

Here is our forecasted holiday shipping schedule for 2019. Please  note, we do our absolute best to honor this but it is subject to change.

Valentine’s Day boxes are delivered between February 12-14th.

Mother’s Day boxes are delivered between May 8th-11th.

Thanksgiving Bouquets will arrive by Wednesday the 27th.

Christmas/Holiday bouquets delivered between 20th-24th.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the 48 contiguous states. We hope to  be able to expand to Hawaii and Alaska soon. Send us a note if you want  service to that area.

Does the shipment require a signature?

Bold Blossoms deliveries do  not require a signature for delivery. However, each shipper does have  its own rules and regulations in which they follow.


What is your return policy?

We want you to love your flowers. Even though your box and stems were perfect when we shipped  them, sometimes things go wrong in transit. If there are any problems,  please contact us within three (3) days of receiving your order  including an overview of why you’re dissatisfied, your order number, and  any relevant photos. We want you to be happy and will do our best to  find a solution. We send replacement bouquets if the item never arrived  or it arrived damaged. If requesting a replacement shipment for any  reason related to damage, clear photos must be provided with your  request. Our team will review your request and will work to make sure  you are happy with the final solution.
